This is a comprehensive style teaching the body arts (punching, kicking, etc.), weapons, kata, and meditation. All of these exercises aim to develop self-awareness and strong character. <br /><br />Classes are taught by Tim Garrett, 3rd Dan (3rd degree black belt) and follow the traditional teacher/apprentice method. Following in the footsteps of his teachers, fees are not charged for instruction, but dedication is required.
